Overview
This chart displays inactive KAS supply - both quantity and percentage of circulating supply. Supply is considered to be inactive if it has not been moved in at least the selected timeframe. 3+ months, 6+ months, 1+ year, 2+ years are the avialable timeframes.
How This Data is Collected
This data is calculated by first estimating the timestamp of each UTXO in Kaspa's UTXO set. Since Kaspa doesn't store timestamp with each UTXO, the DAA score of the UTXO is used to estimate timestmap. Then, the age is calculated off of the estimated timestmap.
Estimated ages are within minutes of actual ages. For more information, please see this Python approach on GitHub.
